Firefox Plugin Helps With SEO

I recently discovered a plug-in for the Firefox browser that can definitely benefit you in terms of Search Engine Optimization. It’s called SEOQuake, and I think it’s the coolest plugin that i’ve seen to date for firefox. This plugin allows you to see a multitude of SEO data for webpages, including: pagerank, alexa rank, domain age, google backlinks, yahoo backlinks, msn backlinks, robots.txt detector, internal links, external links, sitemap detector, del.icio.us index, whois information and keyword density.

I used this tool and discovered that I had a PR5 page on one of my blogs and a couple of PR3s on another page that I was not aware of before. So, I put some links on those pages from my other sites to hopefully boost their rankings during the next pagerank update….which is estimated to be happening in the next 30 days.

I recommend that if you have your own website and are looking for higher rankings to check out firefox and the SEOQuake plugin.

View My Work @ EzineArticles

I’ve just added a link to the bottom of the sidebar on the right that will take you to my author page at ezinearticles.com. I have 10 original articles live right now and another 6 in review. Besides being a great place to get free content for your sites, it’s a great way for authors to get their work seen and benefit from backlinks in their resource box.

Take some time and check out the articles I have written (by clicking on the EzineArticels banner on the bottom right), and feel free to use them on your own website.

…as long as you include my link of course!

BlogTheDogs Update

One or two days after I started BTD I uploaded the google sitemap plugin, which automatically updates your sitemap. After that, I set it up on the Google webmaster resources…and voila, I already have 9 pages indexed! I found this to be particularly impressive considering the site has only been live for 10 days.

I’ve purchased 10 unique articles for $55, which should be delivered to me on Friday. I’m going to space them out at a rate of 1 unique to 3 ezinearticles and go from there. With that purchase, this brings my total up to $65 so far (domain and articles). I want to keep my budget around $150, so this leaves me $85 to spend on some links. If I can get some without spending any cash that would be even better. I have a PR3 site in the making money niche, so I could possibly use that in a 3-way reciprocal link deal.

I’ll keep you posted.

Update on Cellularinfo.info

I have just accepted a BIN of $650 for the site! I figured I spent around $250 on the site, so $400 is not too bad. I’m looking to cut my costs down a bit for my dog blog, but hopefully sell it for an equal or greater profit. I definitely learned alot about creating and selling websites with my cellular blog, so hopefully I can use what i’ve learned and make even more money the next go around. New Blog All About Dogs

I’ve just started a new wordpress blog about dogs. It’s a popular niche topic, so hopefully I can drive a lot of traffic to it and get my PR up in a hurry. I plan on buying about 10 unique articles right now, and also using some dog articles on ezinearticles. I’m going to try to post a new article every day to keep the search engines crawling my site and hopefully indexing it. I’m also going to try to get my link on some high PR dog websites, which I’ll pay for if I have to.

This website is purely a project that I will be selling in the future, once I get my PR up and some income to it. If your curious or would potentially like to buy this site in the near future (in about 3 months) check it out by visiting www.BlogTheDogs.com
